The donor ratio is determined on the number and / or total output of the unit, and contributions are made to the local authorities responsible for coordinating the sorting of textile waste.

The decree provides for the terms and conditions.

The quality requirements of waste classification and sorting for each approved category operator have been announced.

If it is not approved, the listing of textile products in France will be fined according to third types of offences.

The draft proposed approval date: January 1, 2008.

Effective date: January 1, 2008.

Deadline for comments: 60 days after registration.
