The cost of building materials, rents, electricity, water and fuel declined slightly by 0.03%, and the cost of Posts and Telecommunications declined by 0.17% and 0.13% respectively. The prices of other goods and services rose. Among them, catering services rose 0.06%, beverages and cigarettes rose 0.49%, clothing hats and footwear increased by 0.63%, cultural and tourism rose 0.30%, furniture equipment increased 0.73%, drugs and health services increased 0.45%, educational fees increased by 3.20%, and other goods and services increased by 0.20%.

In addition, the price of gold in October declined by 4.22% compared with the previous 9 months, but it still rose 43.18% compared with the same period last year. The US dollar price edged up 0.39% over the previous 9 months and was 7.55% higher than that of the same period last year.
