Nepalese Garment Exporters Expand The Australian Market

"The information we have obtained shows that Nepalese garments and garments have good prospects in the Australian market," said Wu Dai, President of the Nepali clothing association (GAN).
Australia has imported a lot of ready-made garments from India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Wu said that if the Australian market can be opened up, it may be a good opportunity for Nepal.
"At present, everyone else will dress Nepal," Wu said.
The delegation will explore the Australian market and study the demand for ready-made garments. At this exhibition, there will be a Nepalese exhibition hall, and Nepal will display all kinds of garments and clothing products.
After losing the US market, the European Union gradually became Nepal.
Nepal's garment and garment industry once employed 50 thousand direct workers, but now only a few thousand. In fiscal year 2010-11, Nepal's clothing exports reached 4 billion 84 million rupees, up 8.7% from a year earlier.
