In the export of leather and leather products in India, 74% of the products are exported to the United States and the European Union. Therefore, the unforeseeable crisis in these markets is a cause for concern for the situation of leather exports in the coming months.
In addition, the decline in the value of the US dollar to the rupee may also affect the export volume of leather products in India.
