General Administration Of Customs Announces New List Of Leather Auxiliaries
In December 7th, the General Administration of customs decided to announce the decision of commodity classification in 2007.
According to general rules of classification, "leather auxiliaries" should be classified as tax code No. 3906.9090.
Classification decides number Z2007-0021, commodity tax code number 3906.9090.
Description: "leather auxiliaries" is curiousip, which has been tested and identified by the customs. Its main components are water, acrylic polymers and surfactants, and can be used as leather finishing agents.
The goods need to be mixed with other preparations to be used as base coat before they can be used for the undercoating process of leather.
The classification is decided from the date of announcement.
