The 60 samples of the comparative test involved 21 brands, all purchased by the staff from the market, basically covering the common brands and well-known brands in the market.
The results showed that the quality of the 60 samples was good, and no serious hazards were detected.

Of these, 56 samples passed all the tests.
According to the Beijing Consumer Association, the main problems of the 4 samples that failed to pass the test were concentrated on pH and color fastness.
PH value is the safety index of textiles. The standard requires pH value of 4 to 9.
In the comparative test, the "CONVERSE", the "CONVERSE" hooded zipper sweater, was produced by the nominal Nanjing border town sporting goods Co., Ltd., which was produced by the "northland" style three wear vest and the Shanghai "dor Er Fen Knitting Co. Ltd.". The measured fabric has a pH value of 9.4.
In addition, the "Colunbia" trousers produced by the nominal Jian Bang garment (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., the "LOTTO" Lotto Club series produced by the Foshan Qinshun Knitting Co., Ltd., does not conform to the standard requirements.
Experts said that the dye fastness is not up to standard, the dye will be pferred to the human skin, may cause harm to the human body.
