The 136 enterprises came from 15 provinces and cities, accounting for 118 in the eastern part, which accords with the scale of China's textile industry 85% in the eastern coastal areas.
According to statistics, more than half of eastern enterprises have intention to pfer.

Li Ting said that nearly 60% of those who had pferred intention chose the central region.

In 2002, a questionnaire survey of 105 textile enterprises in Zhejiang showed that no enterprise considered pfer.
In 2009, Li Ting investigated 124 textile enterprises in the East, and only a small number of enterprises considered pfer.
