Alpaca May Be A Substitute For Australian Merino Wool.
In Australia, alpaca is considered an alternative to Merino wool and sold to China.
This week, 17 packs of camel hair from Western Australia and New South Wales were sold after Merino wool auction.

On the basis of selling a pack of camel hair, buyers now expressed interest in purchasing 100 packs of camel wool from Australia.
In the past, alpaca wool was only purchased by a co-operative, namely Australian Alpaca Wool Company, and subsequently privatized.

Since the production of Alpaca is higher than that of the fine wool, traders are expecting more sheep to meet the current demand.
Traders expect that camel hair can cause more among buyers.

They believe that if camel hair can be produced in precise specifications, they can compete with cashmere and other wool in the global market.
