In order to refine, enrich and confirm the target system of product quality improvement in China's sewing machinery industry, the gap between domestic and foreign sewing machine products under the same test running conditions is thoroughly discussed and analyzed. The train of thought, methods and measures for improving the quality of products are put forward, and the implementation process of product quality improvement in China is promoted.

The meeting was chaired by Lin Jianlong, vice chairman of China Sewing Machinery Association.

The conference heard the system report of the "national product quality testing and testing of the foreign prototype" and the "500 hours running test data" and the related quality status report by the national sewing machine quality supervision and testing center.

Based on the statistics of 500 hours running test data from foreign and domestic prototypes, the conference analyzed the average, maximum and minimum values of data indicators one by one, focusing on catching up with the advanced level and high standard of foreign countries.

In addition, the participants also discussed and perfected the methods of product quality testing, discussed the work acceptance plan for product quality improvement in the industry, and initially agreed on the sampling method, inspection cost, acceptance time and conditions for reaching the standard.

The meeting held that the importance of quality work in China's sewing machinery industry has been generally improved in recent years, and the quality level of products has been improved rapidly, and even some of the indicators and performance have reached or surpassed the advanced level of foreign countries.

However, through the 500 hour durability test carried out by the prototype at home and abroad under uniform test conditions, it is found that there is still a certain gap between domestic products in terms of noise, vibration, starting and turning distance, wear resistance of parts, and consistency of machine indicators and so on.

Through in-depth discussion and communication, representatives of the conference fully found the shortcomings and problems of their own enterprises, and made clear the direction of product quality improvement.

Despite the arduous task of tackling key problems in quality, we believe that under the guidance and leadership of China Sewing Machinery Association, the enterprise is determined, confident and responsible to implement a series of quality improvement measures.
