A few days ago, the China Textile Industry Federation held the "cotton fabric low temperature bleaching" at Binzhou Hua Hua Limited by Share Ltd, Shandong province.

The group of experts organized by the China Federation of textile industry unanimously agreed that the achievement of the project has reached the international leading level.

During the research and development process, we applied for 7 national invention patents and 8 academic papers, and trained a group of researchers and professional technical backbone with independent intellectual property rights.

The catalyst efficiency was greatly improved, the catalyst cost was reduced, and the hydrogen peroxide alkaline pectinase was produced through the modification of the pectinase producing strain, and the optimization of fermentation process, post treatment process and liquid enzyme protectant were carried out. The liquid pectinase was commercialized. The keratinase was used as the core of genetically modified recombination and directional selection, and the components and fermentation technology of the medium were optimized. The mass production of keratinase was achieved. According to the different fabric varieties, 40 kinds of low temperature pretreatment processes, such as biological enzyme, cold pad batch degumming, 80 degree temperature stack bleaching, 65 enzyme thermoflustering, 80 HT temperature bleaching, etc., were developed, and a series of low temperature pretreatment processes containing cotton fabrics were realized. At the site promotion conference, Wang Limin, general manager of Huafang, introduced the core technology in detail. The project innovated the method of ligand synthesis of mimetic enzyme catalyst, and realized the efficient and low consumption synthesis of catalyst ligands.
