In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the governing body of the Shishi textile and garment chamber and honor the enterprise and realize the sustained and healthy development of the textile and garment industry, the Third Council of the Shishi textile and Garment Chamber of Commerce was discussed and approved according to the relevant laws and regulations.

1. To strengthen stone lions.

Two, abide by the laws and regulations of the state, engage in various production and business activities in accordance with the law, and abide by industrial ethics, resist all violations of unfair competition, infringing on other enterprises, restricting other enterprises to enter the market, etc., and jointly maintain market order and standardize market behavior.

We should advocate the spirit of industry solidarity, mutual assistance, rights protection and self-discipline.

Three, the provisions of product prices must strictly abide by the state's price laws and regulations, and prevent the monopoly of industrial prices.

The extent of price rise and fall must be reasonable and "low".

Four, we should advocate good faith management, respect the consumers' right to know, vote and fair trading, do not deceive consumers by improper actions and means, do not make false propaganda, guide consumers to consume healthfully, and set up a good image of the industry and enterprises in the minds of consumers.

Five, increase investment in science and technology and continuously improve the capability of independent innovation of enterprises.

We must insist on quality first, prohibit the production and sale of substandard products, and crack down on fake and shoddy products.

Enhance product design capabilities, meet market demand, ban style plagiarism.

Six, enterprises should respect, cherish and cultivate talents, enhance their dedication, education, integrity, professionalism and vocational skills training.

While promoting the relative stability of personnel, it is allowed to flow reasonably, but it is forbidden to employ other means to dig in other enterprises.

Seven, if any unit found to have violated this initiative, it may report to the Shishi textile and clothing association in written form (Tel: 0595 - 88703999).

After checking the facts, it is against the violation.

The above initiative was initiated by the vice chairman of the Shishi textile and Garment Chamber of Commerce. More than 100 member enterprises signed the proposal.
