According to Vietnam customs statistics, Vietnam exported (US) $15 billion 600 million in textiles (2011), up 38% over the previous 2010 years.

The main reason is that textile export prices grew by 12% over the same period last year, and the textile exports to the traditional market were growing compared with the previous year, with the most growth being the United States (14%), Australia (41%) and Japan (52%).

According to Li Jinqiang, general manager of Vietnam Textile Group, Vietnam's largest market for sentiment assessment was adjusted from last year.

It is worth mentioning that, in the past, imported textile raw materials accounted for the higher proportion of export textiles. For many years, although the import and export amount of textiles is high, only the proportion of imported raw materials has gradually decreased, so the textile products have increased dramatically.

As a matter of fact, the high and low export data of various industries are not enough to reflect the economic effects, and the important part is to increase the proportion of homemade output value.
