The garment company has not signed a labor contract.
Since September last year, the company did not pay labor remuneration to these migrant workers. By November, the company owed 99 migrant workers total remuneration of over 40 yuan.
The plaintiff sued that although the migrant workers issued IOUs, but the attitude of the company's head was very bad, refused to pay the wages of migrant workers, the two sides failed to negotiate many times, Yang Donglin and other 99 people were sued to the court, demanding that the company pay labor remuneration.
After accepting the case, the court contacted the two parties for the first time to understand the case.
It is understood that Yang Donglin and other 99 people are farmers, family life is very difficult, the vast majority of people even have difficulty in paying litigation fees, has submitted to the court a suspended application fee.
Because the case involves the vital interests of migrant workers and the number of cases involved is large, the court arranges special people to hear the case and organizes the two parties to make conciliation before the court.
However, the company did not cooperate with each other, though it recognized the authenticity of the IOUs.

For this reason, the judge explained the relevant laws and regulations patiently and painstaking, hoping that they would pay the arrears as soon as possible before the Spring Festival, but the company refused to make any concessions. The Tongzhou court will focus on hearing these mass cases in the near future.
