We should strive to introduce more than 3 non-woven raw materials to produce the top 50 enterprises, so that the whole non-woven raw material production line will reach more than 50 in 2015, and strive to make breakthroughs in the introduction of non-woven fabric machinery manufacturers.

Insisting on both scale expansion and pformation and upgrading, while continuing to vigorously develop non-woven products processing and upstream and downstream enterprises, we should guide enterprises to accelerate technological pformation, product development, equipment renewal and brand creation, and strive to create more than 3 influential enterprises.

We should insist on laying equal stress on opening up foreign markets and opening up the domestic market, guiding non-woven enterprises to accelerate the pace of structural adjustment, strengthening the docking with large domestic infrastructure projects, and vigorously developing industrial cloth such as geotextiles, so as to make the industrial fabric amount to 40% of the total consumption of non-woven fabrics.
