An initial but legally binding injunction has been issued to One-AEngineering Austria GmbH, Austria (One-A).

According to the prohibition order, One-A company shall not use the spinning technology of the patent which is owned by the group and protected by law.

One-A is owned by 4 former Lesel employees and received a contract from Swan Limited by Share Ltd, Baoding, China.

In the Vienna commercial tribunal, relevant evidence was obtained in support of the warrants of the Austria One-A engineering company's office.

Lan Jing group is the owner of process patents. In this process, after the fibers are formed in the spinning equipment, the Lesel spinning solution is released into a special gas or air gap.

This is also a high quality guarantee for Lesel fiber stability.

The production process protected by the patent is not permitted without the explicit approval of Lan Jing group.

According to the preliminary injunction, Austria One-A engineering company will not be allowed to teach other individuals or enterprises, especially the Baoding Swan Limited by Share Ltd, how to use the patented protection process, or to provide support for them in the process.

This prohibition is particularly related to the provision of know-how, project concepts, process descriptions and plant design.

This supply restriction also applies to sketches and plans (e.g. technical drawings), process guidance and manual manuals, equipment and parts, and

In the future, the group will act uncompromising and resolutely crack down on any infringement of its patent rights.
