To promote the production of Vietnam's textile and garment industry and ease the export pressure caused by the shrinking external market, Vietnam's Ministry of industry and trade is encouraging foreign investors to enter the field.

Vietnam's Ministry of industry and trade has asked to focus on the reform, reorganization and shareholding of textile enterprises in order to attract foreign capital and private capital and enhance the vitality of Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises.

At the same time, we should promote domestic marketing, strengthen the training of human resources, and improve the self-sufficiency rate of raw materials.

It is understood that 2012 was a difficult year for Vietnamese textile and garment export enterprises.

Since the beginning of this year, only 10% of large enterprise orders have been signed to the three or four quarter.
