New Measures For Copyright Protection Of CFDA And AAFA
CFDA and AAFA, the two copyright protection associations in the fashion industry, have focused their attention on Congress's legislative protection regulations and the copyright protection activities in the industry.
The copyright legislation in the fashion industry has lasted for 5 years, and the latest version of the legislative regulation was introduced in July last year, which stipulates that the deliberate plagiarism of fashion design is piracy. The regulations should provide three years of copyright protection for fashion goods.
CFDA launched the "Design Manifesto" campaign last autumn. It also launched a You Can "t Fake Fashion" cooperation project against piracy and infringement with eBay, hoping to arouse concern and attention to piracy and infringement.
