The meeting examined the work report of the third session of the Council, the financial revenue and expenditure report in 2011, and the report on the election of the Council, and elected the president, executive vice president, vice president, executive director and director of the fourth council. The chairman of the Chen Zhongwang group was elected president of the new Council. The shoe leather industry is a key traditional industry in Ruian. It is also the largest and largest number of industrial clusters in Ruian except the three leading industries. At present, there are two gold business cards in China's famous rubber shoes city and China's leisure shoes production base.

Chen Zewu said that in recent years, the shoe leather industry in Ruian has steadily improved, and its comprehensive competitiveness has been continuously enhanced. Last year, the total output value of the industry reached 13 billion yuan.

The enterprises above Designated Size completed industrial output value of 7 billion 734 million yuan, an increase of 9.4% over the same period, the sales value of 7 billion 629 million yuan, and the total export volume of 3 billion 305 million yuan, up 10.4% over the same period last year.

Ruian shoe leather industry association was founded in 1999, and now there are more than 200 member enterprises.

In the past five years, the association has done fruitful work in the field of non-public party building, trade union rights protection, brand building, industry pformation and upgrading, and implementation of the pace of going out.

Hu Qiduo, President of the fourth council, conveyed the work ideas of the new association. First, the organization of the reform and innovation association was divided into seven groups, namely, more than 10 executive vice presidents and 30 vice presidents. Each deputy chairman was responsible for 5-6 member enterprises. Two was the association's emergency mutual aid foundation, which was founded by Vice President and set up 10 million yuan of funds. The two was the total financing difficulty of SMEs. Three was the establishment of e-business platform for shoes and leather industry; four was to strengthen the construction of export bases.

Zhang Shuhua pointed out that Zhejiang is a big province of leather shoes in China. The total output value, output and profit of the industry are third of the total, but the growth rate of the relevant data is lower than the average level of the industry, and the profit rate of output value is low.

Zhejiang must face up to these problems, prescribe the right medicine and set the target to complete the pformation from a big shoe industry to a strong shoe industry.
