At present, the purchase of seed cotton in Dezhou, Shandong province is coming to an end. The acquisition process is more than 90%, the seed cotton resources in the market are less and less, and the quality is obviously reduced, which can reach the 4 level of the public inspection. Most enterprises have stopped collecting, and there is not much cotton in the cotton enterprises.

It is understood that the State Reserve currently considers importing cotton into reserves, about 4 million tons.

Domestic intermediate circulation enterprises and textile enterprises have limited stock. The domestic cotton resources in Xinjiang are about 800 thousand tons, matching and 300 thousand tons of futures warehouse cotton and real estate cotton, and about 1 million tons of commercial cotton imported from 3 to August this year.

Therefore, cotton futures analysts reckon that the total domestic cotton supply is 6 million 100 thousand tons.

In terms of demand, the amount of cotton used in 3 to August is 4 million 200 thousand tons, based on 700 thousand tons per month.

Therefore, domestic cotton supply and demand is relatively loose.
