The selection of "2007. CCTV China's best employer" sponsored by CCTV economic channel was announced on the night of January 26, 2008. Yantai Wanhua, China Southern Airlines, Vanke, Hong Meng cartoon, Fuyao Glass, Novartis China, Zhang Zi Dao fishery, Yili, OPPLE lighting, yum restaurant and other 10 enterprises were elected.

Academician Min Enze, the winner of the national highest science and technology award, awarded the trophy of "2007 CCTV China's best employer" to Yantai Wanhua, and highly praised Yantai Wanhua. He said, "I didn't expect China to have such a good chemical enterprise. It's really the Yangtze River's wave ahead."

Ding Jiansheng, deputy general manager Liao Zengtai, deputy general manager Yang Wanhong and other 11 people came to power to receive the trophy, and jointly interpreted the "innovation is the loosening of talents" action, expressing the understanding of innovation.

The selection of "best employers in CCTV" was launched in 2005 by CCTV economic channel. "2007 CCTV China's best employer" selected the theme of "finding the most leader quality enterprise".

The award-winning enterprises were elected due to outstanding performance in technological innovation, employee care and social responsibility.
