The clothing and textile industry in Thailand has shown steady growth.

The Thailand market has invested more energy in developing products with high added value, especially environmentally friendly products.

The above products account for 10% of Thailand's textile and clothing exports.

In 2010, exports of clothing and textiles amounted to US $3 billion 210 million in Thailand, an increase of 8.27% compared with the same period last year.

Judging from the type of export products, clothing exports ranked first, up to $88 million, followed by non-woven fabrics and yarns, with an export volume of US $78 million 900 thousand; synthetic and man-made staple fibers were third, with a total export volume of US $23 million 600 thousand; in addition, domestic textile exports reached US $11 million 600 thousand, and the exports of embroidery and mesh fabrics were US $4 million 600 thousand.
