According to the China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment (CNAS), Zhejiang Shaoxing inspection and Quarantine Bureau

The laboratory has recently passed the CNAS CNAS T0589 textile tensile fracture strength test capability verification, and the test data obtained satisfactory results.

The tensile breaking strength of textiles is an important index to evaluate the physical properties of textiles, which directly affects the performance of textiles.

The Textile Laboratory of Shaoxing inspection and quarantine bureau provides the test data and the median value very close. The Z value is 0.2 (Z is smaller than the absolute value of the fraction, indicating the higher level of the testing organ's capability), which fully proves that the laboratory has strong testing ability and technical level in the project.

The State Administration for entry exit inspection and quarantine was formed in the institutional reform of the State Council in 1998.

The State Council clearly stipulates in the provisions on the functional allocation, internal organization and staffing of the state entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau: 1. The functions of frontier health quarantine and import food hygiene supervision and inspection undertaken by the Ministry of health shall be submitted to the State Administration for entry exit inspection and quarantine.

(2) the functions of entry and exit animal and plant quarantine, which were originally undertaken by the Ministry of agriculture, shall be referred to the State Administration for entry exit inspection and quarantine.

(3) the functions of inspection, appraisal and supervision of import and export commodities undertaken by the former state import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau shall be submitted to the State Administration for entry exit inspection and quarantine.
