The case of commercial bank operator Gu Mou sells goods of counterfeit registered trademark.

The counterfeit registered trademarks that have not been sold have been seized and constitute the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks.
The court decided that the defendant, Gu Mou, who was guilty of selling counterfeit registered trademarks, was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment and fined.
