It marks the first time that the factory has mastered the manufacturing technology of low-temperature water-soluble fibers with independent intellectual property rights, and has also broken the monopoly of Japanese enterprises' technology, and has become the second company in the world that owns the technology of low temperature water soluble production of fiber.

It has made full use of the unique properties of PVA fiber which can be dissolved in water.

Water soluble PVA fiber and wool are used.

Blending can be increased.

Strength, it is not suitable to break the head, improve the spinnability and weaving, and then dissolve and remove the PVA, the soft, light and breathable fabric can be obtained.

Japan Cola company first developed low temperature water soluble fiber.

Chinese enterprises imported the chemical fiber material from the company, the highest price reached 90 thousand yuan per ton.

Since 1999, Chuan Wei Research Institute has cooperated with Sichuan University to develop low temperature water soluble fiber.

It took 9 years and experienced many failures, and the low-temperature water soluble fiber was finally developed.

In 2007, Chuan Wei plant built 500 tons of industrial test equipment.

Since then, after many processes and technological pformation, we have developed products of 20 C, 40 C and 60 C, which have reached the international standard in terms of product quality.

At present, 3S water soluble fiber has been sold for about 1000 tons, and there are 7 users.

This has broken the monopoly of Japanese enterprises, and the price of Cola company has also been reduced to 45 thousand yuan per ton.

After the 3S water soluble fiber was put on the market, Chuan Wei factory continued to carry out experiments, and gradually improved the indicators of 3S fiber, and plans to build an annual production line of 1500 tons by the end of this year.
