This exhibition provides a platform for traders, purchasers, manufacturers, wholesalers and government officials to exchange ideas on the development of the industrial sector.

The exhibition provided an opportunity for manufacturers to display their modern equipment and improve their capacity, the organizers of the exhibition said.

Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce of Kampuchea attended the exhibition. He said that the clothing sector in Kampuchea accounted for 75% of the national industrial sector.

The exhibition provided an opportunity for the owners of clothing and textile factories in Kampuchea to meet directly with the mechanical suppliers.

According to the Ministry of Commerce of Kampuchea, exports of clothing and textiles reached $2 billion 100 million in the first half of this year, up 8.12% from the same period last year, and exports amounted to $1 billion 930 million in the same period last year.
