Why should we pay close attention to it?

Although US cotton has always had a good reputation in quality, we clearly realize that only by constantly improving the quality and reducing impurities can we maintain this advantage.

In order to ensure that the textile factories receive pure fibers, we must strive to remove impurities from seed cotton and lint, while growers, ginning mills and warehouses are the first line of defense to achieve this goal.

Which impurities are emerging?

The spinning factories in the United States reflect that more and more cotton contains impurities such as black plastic film used in vegetable production, waterproof cloth, plastic cloth and binding rope with fixed seed cotton.

The national cotton Federation of the United States is always responsible for constantly reminding producers and ginning mills to strictly regulate the use of packing cloth and cotton rope and so on. It will not become a binding material for impurities. During the process of picking cotton into cotton gin, attention should be paid to avoiding impurity incorporation.

The ginning factory must constantly educate its employees to completely remove the bales and bales of cotton seed before putting in cotton.

However, no detection technology can guarantee the one hundred percent removal of dopant pollutants, so spinning mills continue to use the cotton bag management system to track down which contaminants come from which ginning plants, or which growers.
