In The First Quarter, Fujian Garment And Textile Shoes And Hat Industry Had A Large Gap In Employment.
The Labor Department of Fujian announced the supply and demand of labor market in the first quarter of this year.
The result shows that compared with the period after the Spring Festival, the contradiction between supply and demand of labor market has been alleviated, but the problem of shortage of labor still exists.
At present, the industry is still mainly concentrated in clothing, shoes and hats, textile knitting, electronic assembly, catering services and other labor-intensive industries.
The largest amount of labor in the manufacturing sector showed that the top three industries in the first quarter were demand for manufacturing, residential services and other services, wholesale and retail, and the total demand.
A serious analysis of the shortage of workers in three jobs shows that there are three labor gaps in Fujian: tailoring sewing workers, textile knitwear and dyeing workers, footwear manufacturers, and the market registration gap is 79891, 13791 and 10516, respectively, with a total gap of more than 100 thousand, as shown in Figure two.
