If a very small pattern needs to be embroidered with a towel, you can make some small towel embroidered patterns for stickers.

In the process of plate making, we should first plan the order of embroidery, usually do the bottom work first, then do the upper layer.

When making the towel embroidered / chain embroidered version, it is usually embroidered with chain embroidery first, followed by towel embroidery, and can be adjusted freely according to the physical effect.

When drawing, the pattern is as large as possible, and the angle of the corner should not be less than 60 degrees.

When the chain embroidery is embroidered with the embroidered edge, it does not show the effect of chain embroidery in software, but only needle stitching.

Under such circumstances, the plain needle should be 1 to 1.4 millimeters apart from the inside.

The needle distance must be consistent.

When the stitch distance is not consistent, the chain stitch will become unstable, and the height of towel line is not consistent. The sewing effect is not ideal.

The setting of stitch length is different according to the thickness of stitches used, the thickness of stitching material and the stitch density required by the pattern.

When a needle is needed, some of the seams will deform with the beating.

Therefore, in any place, pattern jumping should be as short as possible (Note: winding embroidery and not embroidering needle with embroidery).

Do not set the needle when embroidery is finished, otherwise the towel ring will be caught by the needle.

From the beginning of the towel embroidery pattern, we must take two or three stitches and then jump the needle.

If you start with a towel,

Jump stitches, embroidered threads will be carried to disperse the towel rings.

Usually two or three stitches are used to finish the pattern of towel embroidery.

If the towel is finished directly, the stitches will be dispersed when the sewing material is replaced.

Avoid changing the direction of embroidery rapidly, otherwise it will produce needle jumping, especially when winding rust and embroidering with embroidery.

Usually its direction changes within 90 degrees.

When the sequins are embroidered plate making (also known as gold plate embroidery plate), first use plain needles, then click the "Golden State" button, then choose the "manual needle", then use the left button to the middle position of the gold piece, then use the left button to move forward (the length reference coordinates here. If the diameter of the gold piece is 7 mm, you need to move forward 3.6 millimeters; if the diameter of the gold piece is 5 mm, you need to move forward 2.6 millimeters), do not finish.

Continue to move the mouse to the middle of the gold piece and then click the right button. At this point, do not finish. At the same time, do not finish. Follow the forward point (the length reference coordinates here, if the diameter of the gold piece is 7 millimeters, you need to move forward 3.6 millimeters. If the diameter of the gold piece is 5 mm, you need to move forward 2.6 millimeters, how many needles according to actual needs), then press the Enter key to finish.

After that, press the "O" button to select the object, then "stitch" to "theme pattern".

The basic rule is to drop the sequins, first press the gold status button, then use the right button of manual stitch to put down the sequins, and preferably drop the sequins in the angle of 0~180.

Otherwise, it will easily lead to the increase of flip and drop.

When you finish the sequins, you must make the gold status button float.

The distance between the lightening pieces should be fixed with embroidery thread when the light beams are placed correctly.

The fixed length is usually d/2+0.3 of the outer diameter of the sequins.
