In October 2008, JH Partners was bought in San Francisco.

The shares of La Perla 70% were successfully purchased at $400 million.
The industry believes that the sale of JH Partners must be within the range of US $300 million. If we exceed this baseline, it will be a huge loss of JH Partners.
According to the statement recently issued by JH Partners officials, neither La Perla nor Frette Srl will be sold. The group is still looking for partners for two brands.
Since 2008, La Perla underwear has been restructured, terminating multiple commercial sectors and reaching a two-year system of employee protection with the government of Italy.
