Yesterday morning, the ceremony of naming the "children's shoes city of China" was held in Hong Lai town.
It is understood that since the opening of the port in Eastern Jin Dynasty, Hong Lai town has become an important distributing center for its goods in Southern Fujian Province, thanks to its unique geographical location. Its trade and development are well known in the whole province, and it is one of the five major business towns in the province.
The town's footwear industry started in the middle of 1970s, is one of the main birthplaces of the footwear industry in Quanzhou. It is also an important cluster and production base for Quanzhou children's shoes brand. The production base and network construction of children's shoes have been formed. The whole town now has more than 60 children's shoes enterprises, with an annual output of 12 million pairs, with an annual output value of over 600 million yuan, and some enterprises have become the leading enterprises in Nanan's children's shoes industry.
Recently, the children's shoes industry in Nanan is showing a regional industrial cluster with the development of Hong Lai as its axis.
