A few days ago, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce had monitored the quality of 100 group of child shoes samples sold by 51 distribution units in four provinces and cities in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Liaoning. The results showed that the rate of child shoes in these four provinces was only 71%.

The quality monitoring found that: Katin (Fujian) children's products Co., Ltd. produced "Katin" PU leather / fabric face children's travel shoes and Hangzhou Mandy children's shoes factory produced "Mandy (AMDI)" artificial leather / mesh children's shoes, Quanzhou Fick Sports Products Co., Ltd. produced the "Fick" brand synthetic leather / mesh / cattle two layer leather children's shoes, and American blue cat International Group Investment Limited produced "American blue cat" brand synthetic leather children's shoes and other several kinds of children's shoes, such as the peel strength is not qualified, the folding resistance is not up to standard, the wear-resisting performance is not qualified, and so on.

It is understood that children's shoes that have such problems are prone to break the soles, crack the sides, glue the bottom walls, and wear easily.

It is understood that the Bureau of industry and Commerce has ordered the disqualified children's shoes distributors to stop selling and punish them according to law.

The National Administration for Industry and Commerce indicated that it would further strengthen the supervision over the quality of children's shoes, and reminded consumers to purchase children's shoes as far as possible in the formal business premises when purchasing children's shoes.
