The projects will be submitted to Quanzhou by the Municipal Economic Bureau.

The development of circular economy needs financial support, but not all projects linked to the name of circular economy can be supported.

It is the purpose of establishing this library: strengthening and standardizing circular economy projects and capital management, and establishing scientific, reasonable, standardized procedures and open and pparent project fund management mechanism, so as to ensure the systematic operation of project capital management.

Besides the pollution reduction and emission reduction projects of the environmental protection industry, there are also projects for water saving, land saving, new energy and comprehensive utilization of resources. Applications for recycling economy services, exchange platform construction and key technology research and development platforms can also be applied.

Besides the large investment and supporting construction in the early stage, the selected projects of Shishi have significant effects on water saving, material saving and environmental protection.
