Huntsman Er Raises MDI Price In Asia Pacific Region
Shanghai, China - NYSE:HUN announced today that its polyurethane Division will raise its MDl price in the Asia Pacific region, raising its price by at least 100 US dollars / ton. The new price will come into effect on July 1, 2008 or will be effective in accordance with the agreed time stipulated in the relevant contract. Wang Shunsheng, President of Huntsman polyurethane Asia Pacific region, said: "this price increase is due to the continuous rising of our main raw material prices and the rapid growth of MDI demand in the Asia Pacific region."
