SFC Did Not Apply For IPO Application
In July 11th, the SFC announced that the first application of the Fujian Merck sports leisure Limited by Share Ltd (Meck sport) was not approved.
The main business of Meck sports is to produce and sell sports shoes and clothing, and more than half of its sales revenue comes from export trade.
The IPO draft prospectus shows that the company intends to issue 33 million 400 thousand shares of A shares, and the main underwriter is state securities.
On the same day, the SFC adopted the application of Xinyu iron and steel Limited by Share Ltd to issue convertible bonds.
