Zhou Junming, deputy director of the Hongkong Liaison Office (right), issued a letter of appointment to Liang Richang, who was informed by the Foreign Affairs Department of Kaiping. The association is also eager to serve the community, love Hongkong and cherish the motherland. After the Sichuan earthquake, the association actively launched donations and contributed two hundred thousand HK dollars to support the Sichuan disaster area.
Liang Fucheng, the honorary president of the association and Liang Richang, the new president of Kaiping, was born in Magang town.
For a long time, Mr. Liang Fucheng and Mr. Liang Richang and his sons have supported the economic construction of their hometown and enthusiastically supported their various public welfare undertakings. They have donated about three million yuan to support public welfare services such as education, culture, health and village capacity in Kaiping and their hometown, Magang town.
