According to the Jordanian Times reported on August 4, 2008, in July 2008, the total industrial exports of Jordan Zarqa and Mafu Lark (Mafraq) totaled 43 million 700 thousand US dollars, up 1130 US dollars from the same period last year.
According to a study by the industry association, the export products of the two regions are mainly leather and textiles, with an export volume of US $25 million 900 thousand and a share of total exports of 59%.
