Recruitment is a hot topic for technology companies. Many companies, including our own 18, big and small, are faced with a difficult problem. Many companies think logically from their own perspective, thinking about what kind of people I need, how can I find such a person. But this problem is often ignored. People who are willing to change jobs, whether active or passive, want what they want.
