Through careful review of project information, inspection of production sites, observation of physical samples, inquiries and serious discussions, the experts believe that the project has solved the difficulties in processing and manufacturing a dozen key components of high precision wall panels, various boxes, beating up conjugate cams and weft insertion parts of rapier looms, and has realized localization. Some key electromechanical devices or components, such as electronic weft insertion devices, electronic edge cutting devices, main motors with variable collar control and braking, electronic waste side scissors, electrical control cabinets, have been made domestically and verified through weaving; special heald frames, sword heads and pmission wheels have been nationalized, and the localization rate of the whole machine has reached 80%. < p > appraisal committee

Experts of the appraisal committee believe that the domestic products of CG6500 series rapier looms produced by China spinning machine have reached the predetermined target, and agreed to pass the appraisal and recommend that industrialization be realized as soon as possible and put into the market in batches.

< p > 2011, China spinning machine has introduced all the advanced technology of G6500 series rapier loom design and manufacture from Yida (Switzerland) Limited company. After more than two years of digestion and absorption, the localization rate of the products has reached about 80%, some of which have been tested on the user units, and others have been displayed in the specialized and internationalized textile machinery exhibition.
