China Will Build Garment Factories In The Export Processing Area Of Bangladesh.
A Chinese company will invest 5 million US dollars in the Karnaphuli export processing zone (KEPZ) of Bangladesh to build a garment production plant.
Blossom Textile Co., Ltd. will be a 100% foreign company, which will produce T shirts, Polo shirts, trousers and jackets.
The factory will employ 1950 Bangladeshi and 50 foreigners.
Bangladesh's export processing zone management department has signed an agreement with Hua Wang textile limited.
