In today's provincial Conference on key construction projects, the Ji'nan branch of the people's Bank of China and the provincial development and Reform Commission launched 240 projects for eight key industries in the financial institutions of the province, with a total investment of about 800 billion yuan.

The 240 key projects launched by our province include agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, pportation and energy, modern manufacturing, high and new technology, services and social undertakings, energy conservation and environmental protection, and urban infrastructure.

其中包括，山東東部沿海鐵路通道工程、藍(lán)煙鐵路電氣化改造等交通項目27個，總投資1298億元；海陽核電、華潤電力菏澤電廠等能源項目25個，總投資1405億元；千億斤糧食生產(chǎn)能力建設(shè)、黃河灘區(qū)安全建設(shè)等農(nóng)林水利項目28個，總投資975億元；中石油青島海工建造基地、東營石油裝備生產(chǎn)基地等現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)項目44個，總投資2089億元；山東華芯半導(dǎo)體公司12英寸集成電路、山東東岳集團(tuán)年產(chǎn)10萬平方米離子膜等高新技術(shù)項目35個，總投資407億元；黃河口濕地生態(tài)休閑度假區(qū)、煙臺中金數(shù)據(jù)中心等服務(wù)業(yè)和社會事業(yè)項目55個，總投資961億元；　　渤海流域工業(yè)污染源治理工程、魯能變壓器制造等節(jié)能環(huán)保項目8個，總投資122億元；濟(jì)南小清河綜合治理、青島軌道交通等城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目18個，總投資659億元。

In these projects, our province has screened 60 key projects with a total investment of about 480 billion yuan as the focus of the first stage of implementation.

The industry believes that the recent goal of the major projects launched by our province is to promote steady and rapid economic growth. The long-term goal should be to vigorously promote the upgrading and pformation of the economic structure with investment.

In this investment, it will focus on upgrading instead of duplicated construction, with upgrading and pformation as the main task, so as to promote the construction of modern industrial system.

The 240 projects included 79 modern manufacturing and high-tech projects, with an investment of 250 billion yuan.

At the same time, the investment mechanism and main body will be innovated, involving not only state support, provincial financial funds, private investment, and strategic investment institutions, but also the focus of attracting attention.
