The seminar on technology innovation and application technology of spinning machine and accessories is emphasized. "With the increasing structural adjustment of textile industry, spinning enterprises will inevitably enter the production stage of small batch and multi variety. Specialized parts and equipment enterprises should adapt to the pformation of spinning enterprises as soon as possible, and adjust the mode of production and matching methods. This is a situation that must be faced by the special equipment industry."

This is the request made by Gao Yong, vice chairman of China Textile Industry Association and chairman of China Textile machinery and equipment industry association, held recently in the seminar on "Jingwei Cup 2008 spinning machine and key equipment, specialized technology innovation and application technology experience".

Gao Yong pointed out that with the rapid expansion of the scale of spinning industry, the level of spinning machine, special parts and equipment has been greatly improved in recent years.

Because the spinning products are different, the technical level of special parts is different. For example, the top grade needle clothing used to rely mainly on imports. Now the material, heat treatment technology and processing technology of domestic high-grade knit fabrics have been basically mature and have the ability of mass production. The domestic roller is already recognized by the industry as an advanced part, and the high-speed spindle has also achieved small batch production.

In the face of the obvious gap between the control components of some special parts and the advanced international level and the fact that they need to be solved by importing, Gao Yong stressed that the China Textile machinery and equipment industry association has raised the level of special equipment as one of the key points of the next step in the technological progress of the industry.

Mei Ziqiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, in an interview, aimed at the wear resistance of domestic and foreign special equipment products, such as metal card clothing, the service life of cots and aprons, which can adapt to the wear resistance of steel collar and travellers of speed above 20000 revolutions per minute, and the gap between the special parts such as high-speed spinning cups, high wear-resistant combing machines, such as monolithic cylinder, high-precision automatic winding, etc., expressed the hope that domestic specialized equipment enterprises should speed up adapting to the situation and strengthen independent innovation, so as to create conditions for improving the overall level of textile equipment.
