Italy Orford Co. has produced SELESPIN roving ring spinning frame recently.

The machine adopts heavy structure and simple design.

The pressure rollers of the equipment are equipped with ball bearings, and the bearings are covered with special anti-static rubber. The feeding rollers are made of groove oil proof steel plates, which can be used for speed adjustment, and can be used to adjust roving tension; the automatic collar plate is reduced at the end of winding, and is reset at the beginning of winding; automatic headstock adjustable spindle speed, intermediate and final draft ratio, false twister speed, twist and other parameters can change the direction of twisting.

The new drafting system adopts a single draft area with special feeding disc, and can be used to decide the false twister according to the contact angle with roving.

The equipment can be equipped with automatic doffing and automatic replacement of the new ATM automatic system, automatically dropping the finished coiling roll, loading full roll and connecting the new roving sliver automatic system.
