Italy'S Textile And Clothing Exports Are Expected To Rise By 1.5% Tomorrow.
In the first 7 months of this year, Italy's textile and clothing exports increased by 4.3% to 10 billion 600 million euros, the surface of a manufacturing group released on Tuesday.
Michel, chairman of SistemaModa, chairman of Italy fashion and Textile Manufacturers Association, said: "considering the sharp rise in energy prices and the euro in the early part of this year, the result is very good."
In 2007, the trade surplus of Italy's textile and clothing sector reached 10 billion euros, the lowest in Europe.
But in the next three years, Italy's exports will slow down.
In the current environment, exports can only grow in general and can only rise by 1.5% next year.
