Liaoning Relaxes Registration Criteria Of Enterprise Groups
Liaoning has introduced policies to liberate the registration standards of enterprise groups.
According to the new policy, if the parent company has registered capital of more than 10 million yuan, with more than 3 subsidiaries with a total registered capital of more than 20 million yuan, they can bid for the enterprise group.
Before that, the registered capital and total registered capital of the parent company need to reach 20 million yuan and more than 30 million yuan respectively.
