Since the beginning of winter, Shandong Heze City Fiber Inspection Institute has commissioned the inspection of the quality of down jacket and knitted thermal underwear.

Of the 20 batches tested, 1 batches of down garments were qualified, 14 batches of thermal underwear and 4 batches of qualified products.

The unqualified items include not enough down filling clothing, poor fluffiness, insufficient amount of cashmere, and unconformity between the content of the fabric and the logo, and the fiber content of the surface and inner layer of the knitted thermal underwear is not qualified.

In some batch of down garments, the tag mark is 90% grey eiderdown, but the test results are crushed duck feather. The label of the tag on the knitted thermal underwear is made of some advanced fibers such as cashmere and modal, but the cotton fabric and spandex are tested.

This kind of down jacket and knitted thermal underwear are different from regular products in terms of warmth retention and price, and are easy to gather into balls or pilling balls.
