Yancheng Builds An Ecological Dyeing And Finishing Industry Concentration Area
In December 21st, the general plan of Yancheng City dyeing and finishing industry concentrated area compiled by the China Textile Construction Planning Institute was evaluated by the expert review group.
This indicates that Yancheng, the largest cotton producing country in the country, has embarked on the road to prevent pollution and intensive development of the textile industry.
Yancheng City has very rich natural fiber resources. It produces 260 thousand tons of lint per year and 10 thousand tons of silkworm cocoons. Among them, Sheyang county has won the honorary title of "Zhuang Yuan county" of cotton throughout the country for 8 consecutive years.
According to the plan, Yancheng will carry out the three zones of "production and processing, three wastes disposal and life service" in the textile dyeing and finishing industry according to the positioning of high-tech, ecotype and sustainable development.
The centralized area of dyeing and finishing industry has been upgraded on the basis of the original coastal chemical concentration area in Sheyang. At present, 16 enterprises have entered the park.
