Shishi Spun Clothing Industry Export Charges Will Be Reduced By 30%
On the basis of the introduction and implementation of the 16 measures to help enterprises overcome the difficulties, the inspection and Quarantine Department of Hebei Province, in line with the provincial and provincial governments' directive requirements for export growth, and according to the outstanding difficulties encountered by the export enterprises in our province, actively reports to the AQSIQ for preferential policy support and is allowed to implement three powerful supporting measures.
It is estimated that this will not only facilitate the export of enterprises, but also reduce the annual fee of 450 thousand yuan for the export of agricultural products and food enterprises and export textile and garment enterprises in Shishi jurisdiction.
These three measures are: first, to reduce 30%% for export textile and clothing products in 2009; two, to reduce and exempt the export of agricultural products in 2009, to exempted inspection and quarantine fees from exported live animals, live birds and aquatic animals, and to collect half inspection and quarantine fees for other export agricultural products. Three is to export bulk commodities, such as ceramic tiles (tiles, blocks), craft ceramics, electronic watches and clocks, and some textile materials, and so on, and no longer enforce the mandatory supervision of entry exit inspection and quarantine.
This is the beginning of the new year, and the AQSIQ gives a gift to our provincial and municipal export enterprises.
The inspection and quarantine department is currently implementing the three policies in accordance with the requirements.
It is understood that after the implementation of these three policies, it will bring great benefits to our export enterprises: the first is to minimize the cost of enterprises.
According to the estimated value of export enterprises in Shishi District in 2008, the export and export of agricultural products and food enterprises will be reduced by 350 thousand yuan a year, and 100 thousand yuan for export textile and garment enterprises. Two is to maximize the convenience of enterprises.
No statutory inspection and quarantine is required for ceramic tiles, craft ceramics, electronic watches and clocks, and some textile raw materials, which greatly facilitates the export of enterprises.
