In this study, a flame retardant and droplet resistant copolyester can be synthesized by molecular design and self crosslinking at polyester combustion temperature.

< p > 1., it does not crosslink during polymerization, processing and spinning, that does not affect spinning.

< p > 2. its crosslinking temperature has a certain processing window between the melting point and the decomposition temperature, and at the same time, it is sufficient to ensure that the polyester is first crosslinked and decomposed to flame retardant and anti droplet.

< p > 3., it can be rapidly cross-linked under the condition of combustion less than a href= "http://m.pmae.cn/news/index_c.asp" > high temperature < /a >, and can achieve enough melt viscosity, which is enough for flame retardancy and anti droplet.

The problem of flame retardation and droplet resistance of polyester is solved well by self crosslinking at high temperature.

< p > main technical indicators: high temperature self crosslinking polyester: Tm=210~245 degree C, cross-linking temperature greater than 350 degrees C, data molecular weight greater than 10000; high temperature self crosslinking polyester flame retardant properties: HRR is less than 150kW/m, UL94 is V0, LOI is more than 30; high temperature self crosslinking polyester droplet performance: spline direct ignition, almost no droplet.

Current applications: the results are being expanded.
