In recent years, through the strengthening of industrial organization and leadership, the Communist Youth City has introduced industrial support policies, set up industry associations, undertaken industrial spanfer, encouraged the whole nation to start businesses, and set up public service platforms such as R & D, technology training, e-commerce, employment information, etc., to support enterprises in creating brand and technological innovation so that the textile and garment industry will usher in a new round of development climax. 
 - enterprises are steadily improving. With the development of the textile and garment industry, a number of leading enterprises have emerged in the cities of Qinghai and Qinghai. At present, three enterprises in the province are among the top 100 garment enterprises in the country. And three enterprises in the textile and garment industry of the city have established the provincial enterprise technology center. Duck duck shares and Jinxing textiles have been identified as the first batch of textile industry spanformation and upgrading demonstration enterprises in the province. Jinxing textile is the largest and the only Kam textile textile enterprise in the province, and has now formed the production scale of 100 thousand spindles.

Last year, the main business income of textile and garment industry reached 18 billion 600 million yuan, an increase of 30.7% over the same period last year, accounting for 51.9% of the main business income of the city.

The products of the city's textile and garment industry are more complete, from single down garment production and processing to four seasons clothing and bedding, home textiles series and other products; ancillary industries have been extended, and R & D, e-commerce, education and training, logistics, zippers, lines, packaging, accessories and other supporting industries have been developed; the national feather and down products quality inspection center has been gradually put into operation, which will greatly enhance the quality of down products in the cities of Jiangxi, and even the whole central region, and further highlight the popularity and reputation of the textile and garment industry in the city.
