YOUNGOR Holdings Of 174 Million Shares Of Company
Citic securities issued a notice that as of February 4th, the market closed, YOUNGOR has sold 174 million shares of the company's shares, of which the company reduced its holdings of 45 million shares before the capital increase and reduced 129 million shares after the increase in equity, which has accumulated more than 3% of the total share capital of the company.
In November 2008, CITIC Securities issued a notice that YOUNGOR had sold 105 million shares of CITIC Securities in November as the stock market closed.
According to this speculation, in the past 3 months or more, YOUNGOR has reduced 69 million shares of CITIC Securities.
Data also showed that since 2008, YOUNGOR has repeatedly reduced its stake in CITIC Securities.
According to the announcement issued by CITIC Securities today, YOUNGOR also holds 147 million shares of the company's tradable shares.
